A tracking number can be found in the confirmation email we send out.
Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. A tracking number can be found in the confirmation email we send out.

For international orders, full tracking will only be available when sent via International Priority – which costs a bit more.
Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered, it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility.
In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and we will reship it again ( for a charge ) to the correct address.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check and get in touch with your local post office, to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for every single customer after the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.)
Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc, please contact us via email: [email protected] as soon as possible.
We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Eternal Frequency operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a
variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
