All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. A tracking number can be found in the confirmation email we send out.
For international orders, full tacking will be available when sent via International Priority.
What is the policy if the product arrives damaged at my place?
Take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a full refund or we will send you a new product in case your product is damaged. Resends go out ASAP and you will be provided with new shipping information immediately to the same email address.
